From the portal you send commands to a charge point, without having to go there. You find them as buttons at the top of the charge point's detail page, and per connector under the charge site. The command is sent to the charge point over the internet; the charge point's answer usually comes a few seconds later. If you do not see the result straight away, refresh the page.

Connector release
If a charging cable is stuck in the charge point, click Connector release, enter the number of the connector (1 for a charge point with a single connection) and confirm. The charge point releases the lock. If that does not work, follow the steps in My charge point is offline or not working.
Soft reset
If the charge point no longer responds or a connector stays stuck in an error, click Soft reset and confirm. The charge point restarts its software without interrupting the power; a running session is ended in the process. After half a minute the charge point signs in again and you see a new heartbeat.
If a soft reset does not help, switch the charge point off at the fuse for half a minute, or ask your installer for a full remote restart.
For residents and owners' associations
Residents and owners' associations see the same two buttons, Connector release and Soft reset, at the top of the detail page of their charge point.
Other commands
Installers, resellers and Wattify have more commands available: starting or stopping a session remotely, reading or changing the configuration of the charge point, requesting a diagnostics file, clearing the charge card cache and performing a full restart. If you need such an intervention, contact your installer or support@wattify.be with the name of the charge point.
What you see as confirmation
After every command a message appears at the top right saying that it has been sent. Sent means that the command reached the charge point; what the charge point did with it is shown by the status of the connector or by the new heartbeat.
