Below the form of an existing charge site are four tabs with everything that hangs off the charge site. The most important one is Charge card discounts: that is where you give a regular user their own tariff.
Charge points
Every charge point of the charge site, with the mention Online or Offline and the name. Open up a charge point to see its connectors, with their status and the actions you can send to the charge point (unlock the cable, restart). See Actions on a charge point: unlocking the cable and restarting.
Clients
The owner of the charge site and, for an employer or owners' association, the employees or residents that are linked to it. The details are read-only here; you change them under Users.
Charge card discounts
A driver with a Wattify charge card normally pays the tariff of the charge site. For a regular user, an employee, a tenant or a neighbour for example, you can deviate from that:

- On the Charge card discounts tab, click the button to add a discount.
- Choose the Charge card. You will only find cards that are already known on your charge site.
- Choose the Discount type:
- CREG discount: the sessions of that card are settled at the official CREG tariff, which is updated automatically every month. As long as this discount is active, it takes precedence over a fixed price.
- Fixed kWh price: the sessions are settled at a price per kWh that you choose, between 0.01 and 1.50 euro.
- Click Save.
The driver pays that tariff plus the Wattify mark-up. You change or remove a discount with the buttons next to the charge card. With the free Occasional Public subscription you cannot set charge card discounts.
Discounts for drivers without a charge card, using the QR code, are arranged with Discount codes.
Load Balancing
This tab only appears if load balancing is switched on for the charge site and shows the current distribution of the power. See Technical settings and load balancing.
