Your payouts
When Wattify pays out, what exactly you receive, what the statuses mean, why a payout is waiting and where you find the refund note and the sessions.

If others charge at your charge point, or if you charge your company car at home through split billing, Wattify pays you out periodically. You find those payouts in the menu under Payouts. Every payout is a refund note: a document with its own number, just like an invoice.

Who gets a payout
- Owners of a public or semi-public charge site: for sessions by drivers with a Wattify charge card, with an external charge card (roaming) or through the QR code.
- Employees with split billing: for the home charging sessions of their company car, as soon as the employer has paid the invoice.
- Owners' associations: for the consumption of their residents, so that the association can pay for the electricity on the communal meter.
What you receive
You receive the tariff you set yourself, excluding VAT. The Wattify surcharge and the margin of any charge card issuer are not included; the driver pays those on top of your tariff. Discount codes you handed out are deducted from your payout. How the price is built up is described in Setting your prices.
When you are paid out
- At the beginning of each month Wattify bundles the sessions of the past month into a refund note, thirteen times a year (one extra time on 31 December).
- The note stays Unpaid for as long as the sessions on it have not been paid by the other party: the driver through Mollie, the issuer of the roaming card, or the employer with split billing.
- As soon as everything has been paid, the status jumps to Being paid out. Wattify makes payouts at least once a week, normally on Monday, by bank transfer.
- After the transfer the note reads Paid. The IBAN the money was paid into is shown on the note.
A payout has to be at least 20 euro; smaller amounts roll over to the next cycle, nothing is lost.
Why a payout is waiting
If you open a payout that has not been paid yet, the status of the sessions tells you what it is waiting for:

| Roaming not authorized | The external charge card was not recognised by the roaming partner; this session is not paid out. |
| Whitelisted charging session | A session with a local charge card: registered, not charged for and therefore not paid out. |
Your IBAN
Without an IBAN in your profile, Wattify cannot pay you out. You then get a weekly reminder by email; with split billing your employer is notified as well. Enter the account number through the checklist on the dashboard or under Your profile and billing details. If your bank returns a transfer, because of a wrong account number for instance, Wattify emails you about it; check your IBAN first then.
The overview

With the columns menu you also show the net amount, the VAT, the IBAN and the structured communication. Filter by number, customer or payment status.
Downloading and detail
In the menu on the right of each row, and at the top of the detail page:
- Pdf: the refund note as a pdf.
- Ubl: the same note as a UBL file for your accounting package.
- Downloading sessions: a csv file with all the charging sessions of this payout.
Under Invoice details the detail page shows the note itself and the invoices it is paid from, and under Charging sessions every session with charge point, date, duration, kWh, the net amount, the type and the charge card. At the bottom are the charge sites, charge points and charge cards the payout relates to.
