What you see on the dashboard
The checklist to finish setting up your account, the contract notice, the button to add a charge point, your usage overview and the CREG tariffs.

After signing in you land on the dashboard. What you see there depends on the type of account and on what is still to be done. This article goes through the blocks one by one.

Set up your account
At the top is a checklist with the steps needed to be able to invoice and pay out correctly. Every step has a button that takes you straight to the right place.

| Complete your address | Street, house number, postcode and town appear on your invoices and contracts. |
| Enter your VAT number | Without a VAT or company registration number, Wattify cannot draw up a correct invoice. For companies, employers and owners' associations. |
| Enter your IBAN | This is the account number into which Wattify pays your payouts and refunds. |
| Sign the contract | Every charge site with a subscription needs a signed management agreement. There is a separate button per charge site. |
| Activate direct debit (recommended) | Have your invoices paid automatically. See Setting up direct debit. |
You see the progress in the circle on the left. If you no longer want to see the checklist, click the cross (Don't show again); you can still complete the details later through your profile.
For the home charge point of an employee, the employer signs the contract. Such a charge site is therefore in the employer's checklist, not in the employee's.
Contract not signed yet
If there is a charge site whose management agreement has not been signed yet, the Contract not signed yet window appears every time you sign in. You can dismiss it with Later, but it comes back at the next sign-in until all contracts have been signed.
Click Sign to sign the contract:
- Read the contract; with Open the full contract you get the complete text.
- Tick I have read the contract and agree.
- Put your signature in the box with your mouse or your finger. Your IP address and the time are stored with the signature.
- Click Sign. If you have several charge sites, Next signs the current charge site and the window moves on to the next one.
You receive the signed contract by email. Do not put off signing for too long: on a charge site without a signed contract, Wattify blocks charging sessions, and you then get an email about it with the subject "Dringende melding - Laadsessie geblokkeerd".
Add new charging station
The Add new charging station block starts the registration of a new charge site. Click Choose a subscription, pick a plan from the cards and click Start. You then end up in the wizard; it is described in Registering a new charge site. Employers see Employee home charging station as the first card, the plan for split billing.
Usage overview
The Usage overview block is collapsed by default. Open it to view your consumption:
- Choose a period with the date fields and, if you wish, one or more Charge sites; by default you see the past month across all your charge sites.
- Three figures: Sessions, Charging time in hours and Kwh charged, each with a comparison against the previous period.
- A chart with the consumption in kWh and the number of charging sessions per day.
CREG tariff
At the top of the usage overview is a link with the current CREG tariff. Click it for a table with, per quarter, the average tariff for Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia and the national tariff (the lowest of the three). Below it is the legal explanation of how those quarterly tariffs are calculated. What you do with those tariffs is explained in Split billing and CREG tariffs.
Map with your charge sites
If you have a public charge site, the dashboard shows a map at the bottom with all your public charge sites, as drivers see them.
API access
Customers with an API connection see an extra API access block, with the number of tokens and configured webhooks and a link to the page where you create tokens and set up webhooks. The documentation of the API is at api.wattify.be/docs.
