Location and opening hours
The address of the charge site, the pin on the map that drivers navigate to, and the opening hours that the roaming partners and the QR page show.

The Location tab of the charge site determines where drivers find your charge points and when they can use them.
Address
Fill in the street, house number, postcode, city and country. The address appears on the map in the apps of drivers and on the QR page of the charge point, and with split billing it determines the region for the regional CREG tariff.
The pin on the map
When the charge site is registered, the wizard places a pin on the map based on the address; that pin is the spot drivers navigate to. If it is not in the right place, for example because the car park is behind the building, ask support@wattify.be to move it, stating the name of the charge site and a description of the correct spot.
Opening hours
The Availability section contains the Opening Hours, per day of the week. By default a charge site is always open. If your car park is only accessible at certain hours, for example during the opening hours of your business, fill in the hours per day.
With Excluding opening hours you reverse the logic: the hours you fill in are then the hours during which the charge site is closed, and it is open the rest of the time. That is handy if you only have a short closure, at night for example.
The opening hours are passed on to the roaming partners and shown on the QR page, so that drivers know when they can charge. Outside the opening hours the QR page does not start a session.
