What you see when Wattify sends you a quotation: viewing the quotation, giving feedback, signing digitally or refusing.

If Wattify sends you a quotation, for an installation for instance, you get an email with a personal link. The link is valid for ninety days and works without signing in.

The quotation page

At the top are the number of the quotation, until when it is valid and which company it is for. Below that you see the full quotation as a pdf. Two buttons at the top take you to the actions: Send feedback and Sign the quotation.

Giving feedback

Is something not right, or do you have a question? Click Send feedback, fill in your remark and click Send. Your message goes straight to the person who drew up the quotation. You see the confirmation "Thank you — your feedback has been sent to the sender."

Signing

  1. Go to the Sign block at the bottom of the page.
  2. Put your signature in the box, with your mouse or your finger. With Sign again you start over.
  3. Click Sign and accept. By signing you agree to the quotation and the general terms and conditions; your IP address and the time are recorded as proof.

You get a confirmation by email with the signed quotation as a pdf. Wattify then draws up an invoice on the basis of the quotation.

Refusing

If you do not want to take up the quotation, click Refuse and confirm. Wattify is notified of that.

After the validity date the quotation can no longer be signed. Contact the person who sent you the quotation or support@wattify.be for a new version.
