Viewing and exporting your charging sessions
The overview of your charging sessions: the columns, what the statuses mean, filtering, the totals row, exporting to Excel and the detail page with the cost breakdown.

Under Charging sessions in the menu you find every session charged on your charge points or with your charge cards, the most recent at the top. What you see depends on your account: an employer also sees the sessions of their employees, an owners' association those of its residents.

The columns
| Column | What it shows |

| Charge site | The charge site, with the session type, the charge point and the charge card underneath. Click the name to open the charge site. |
| Date | The start of the session, with the end underneath. |
| Duration | How long charging actually took, with the average power in kW underneath. |
| kWh | The energy charged. |
| Price | The amount of the session, VAT included. |
| Payment status | Whether the payment of the session is open, paid or reclaimed. |
| Status | Where the session stands in the invoicing or the payout, with a link to the invoice or the payout as soon as it exists. |
Through the columns menu at the top right of the table you can show extra columns, such as Charge point, Charge card and Session type.
The session types
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Network | Charged with a Wattify charge card of another client, or with your own card at another charge site. |
| Employee | A home charging session of an employee, settled through split billing. |
| Mollie | Started through the QR code on the charge point and paid through Mollie. |
| Roaming | Charged with an external charge card (Shell Recharge, Eneco, Luminus, and so on). |
| Private | A session at your own charge site with your own charge card; that one is not invoiced. |
What the status means
| Status | Meaning |

| Billed next cycle | The session is too recent and will appear on the next monthly invoice or payout. |
| Billed | The session is on an invoice or a payout; click the link underneath. |
| Own site not billing | You charged with your own charge card at your own charge site; nothing is charged for that. |
| Waiting for eMSP payment | Roaming session: the issuer of the charge card has been invoiced, the payout follows as soon as they have paid. |
| Payout next week | The counterparty has paid; the payout is in the next weekly round. |
| Paid | Fully settled. |
| Roaming not authorized | The charge card was not recognised by the roaming partner; this session is not paid out. |
| Mollie open / Payter open | The payment of a QR or terminal session is still being processed; that can take up to two weeks. |
| Reclaimed | The driver disputed the payment with their bank and the amount was charged back. |
| Whitelisted charging session | A session with a local charge card, only registered and not charged. |

Filtering
Above the table you can filter by period (From and To), by Charge site, by Charge card, by Session type and by Payment status. At the bottom of the table there is a totals row with the number of sessions, the total charging time, the total kWh and the total amount of what you filtered.
Exporting to Excel
Above the table, click Export charge sessions and choose Excel (xlsx) or csv. Per session the export contains, among other things, the date, the type, the charge site, the charge point, the charge card, the start, time and parking costs, the duration, the consumption in kWh, the subtotal, the VAT at 6 % and 21 % and the number of the invoice or the payout. The filters you set also apply to the export. You get a message as soon as the file is ready to download.
The detail page of a session
Click a row to open the detail page. There you see the charge site, the charge point and the charge card, the start, the duration and the consumption, and under Cost overview the breakdown of the price:
- Energy cost: the kWh charged times the kWh price of the charge site, including the Wattify surcharge.
- Starting cost: the fixed amount per session, if the charge site charges one.
- Time cost: the charging time times the price per hour, if the charge site charges one.
- Parking fees: the time the car stayed connected after charging, times the price per hour, after the free waiting time.
- VAT 21% and VAT 6%.
On the right you see the session type, the status and the total. How you set those tariffs yourself is described in Setting your prices.
An email after every charging session
After every session the email address of the charge card receives an overview. If you do not want those emails, switch the Email after charging session option off on the charge card. See Adding and managing a charge card.
