A charge point always belongs to a charge site and inherits its subscription, its prices and its visibility from that site. All your charge points are listed under Charge points in the menu.
The overview
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Charge site | The charge site where the charge point stands; click it to open the site. |
| Name | The name you chose yourself. A scheduled cancellation is shown next to it as Termination scheduled. |
| Device number | The serial number the charge point uses to sign in with Wattify. |
| Connectivity | Online or Offline: whether the charge point currently has a connection to Wattify. |
Through the columns menu you can also show Latest heartbeat (the charge point's last sign of life) and whether learning mode is switched on.

Adding a charge point
You add a new charge point through the wizard: click Create a loading site and go through the steps in Registering a new charge site. An owners' association adds an extra charge point for a resident directly with Create a charge point, entering the name, the serial number, the charge site and the resident. After that you connect the charge point to Wattify: Connecting your charge point to Wattify.
The detail page

Click a row to open the charge point. Under Charge point you will find:
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the charge point in the portal. |
| Device id | The serial number. You do not change the name and the serial number yourself; your installer or reseller does, so that the link with the charge point keeps working. |
| Charge site | The charge site the charge point belongs to. |
| Resident | For an owners' association: the resident this charge point belongs to. |
| First heartbeat and Latest heartbeat | The first and the last sign of life from the charge point, as time elapsed. A charge point that is online sends a heartbeat every few minutes. |
Under Settings you can set the Order: the number used to sort the charge points of one charge site in the portal.
At the bottom are the tabs Charge site, Connectors (each connection with its status, see Connectors and their status) and Clients.
The buttons at the top
- The connection icon shows whether the charge point is online or offline.
- Create QR produces the QR sticker for this charge point as a pdf, in the colours of your environment. Print it and stick it on the charge point; drivers without a charge card scan it to charge. See Charging with the QR code on the charge point.
- Turning on learning mode and Turning off learning mode let the charge point register new charge cards for one hour. See Learning mode and RFID codes.
- The actions towards the charge point itself (unlocking the cable, restarting) are described in Actions on a charge point: unlocking the cable and restarting.
- Cancel Charging Station is described in Cancelling a charge point.
